We use Courier Post Track and Trace for New Zealand Customers and will supply a

Tracking Number with your Invoice.

 

For International Orders we use International Air Mail. (3 to 12 working days delivery)

Once the delivery has been arranged we will email you.

 

If an item is out of stock we usually can have it in N Z within ten days.

WARRANTY

 

• All FiiO Products, SoundMAGIC earphones come with a twelve months Standard Factory Warranty against defects in workmanship. (excluding Accessories)
•  
• The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear and tear or damage through misuse or mechanical damage.

 

• If you have attempted to upgrade your firmware the warranty will be voided.

 

• You will be responsible for the postage to return a faulty item to us. If we cannot repair or replace the item in New Zealand we will pay to return it to the factory and then to return it to you.

 

• Our Parent Company Sail West Ltd. has been in business since November 2000. It is a Limited Liability GST Registered Family owned Company based in Wellsford New Zealand.
